Alpine Private Network GmbH (“Company”, “we”, "our”, or “us”) is a virtual private network (VPN) service provider with media compression technology featured in the service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”). Our VPN strives to provide the best possible Service while maintaining your privacy. We do not store your pictures and videos when you use our media compression Service.

Our third-party live chat customer support provider may ask for additional identification information, but you may opt for another channel to reach us (such as our in-app feedback form, email, or social media platforms) if you choose to do so.
  • Using our apps – To expedite bug fixes, we might employ mobile analytics software to relay crash data to our developers. Additionally, certain platforms like the Google Play Store or Apple App Store may gather and consolidate anonymous statistics, including device and operating system preferences, installation and uninstallation counts, and active user totals. You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

We are cooperating with a third party payment gateway/payment service provider to keep track of your subscription status. We do not collect nor process any payment information (including credit card, bank account, or other alike payment information) you use. We only obtain a token indicating your payment status from the said third party to keep your subscription status aligned with your account information.

  • Manage your account with relation to the use of Service.
